I just had my first personal training session with Marianne, and I learned a lot about muscles I barely use! As a super senior (see what I did there), I know I am going to get stronger with Marianne’s professional guidance. Sore today (good sore!), stronger tomorrow!! I personally recommend Marianne. She is passionate and knowledgeable about exercise physiology.
Marianne is an excellent trainer! She took the time to get to know my needs and goals, built a program that was easily adaptable to a fluctuating schedule, and checked in regularly to make sure things were going well. She offered great technical advice that helped me avoid injury as I increased weights, and kept me motivated with varying workouts so I never got bored. I can not recommend her highly enough!!
One of my favorite things about working out with Marianne is the flexibility to adjust to my schedule, and also how she hears me & pushes me to reach exercise goals—in a nice way. She knows exactly when to push me, and keeps me motivated. A couple of my favorite exercises she has me do are Bicep Curls and Squats. I plan to continue working out with her long term.
